SITE AGREEMENT

Use of the Dealer Artwork media site is reserved for authorized users only. To request access to this site, please contact Woodstock International, Inc. at (800) 840-8420 or by email at Sales.

Upon accepting these terms and conditions you will be held to this agreement, which serves as a legally binding agreement between the user and Woodstock International, Inc. By accessing images on this site, you are held responsible for all terms of this agreement. If you are accessing these images on behalf of your employer or other individual, you are still held to the following terms and conditions on behalf of your employer.

All images accessed on the media site are copyrighted by Woodstock International, Inc. and all rights to the images are owned by Woodstock International, Inc. Your access to images is subject to the terms in this agreement. All permissions not granted in this agreement are held solely by Woodstock International, Inc.

MEDIA USE

Media is intended for users authorized by Woodstock International, Inc. only, for advertising and informational uses only. Media may not be duplicated and distributed for any other reason than to promote the sale of products manufactured by Woodstock International, Inc.

Media site images may be used for:

• Materials directly promoting the sale of Woodstock International, Inc. products, including but not limited to: advertisements, publications, websites and signs.

RESTRICTIONS

Media site images may NOT be:

• Shared with, transferred to, or copied for any third party except for the reasons stated in this agreement.
• Modified in any way that would alter the image from its original presentation on the media site.
• Accessed without authorization through hacking, password mining, etc.
• Used for any unlawful purpose.
• Used for any reason not permitted by this agreement.
• Used to promote the copyrights and/or trademarks of Woodstock International, Inc. as intellectual property of any party other than Woodstock International, Inc.

Woodstock International, Inc. may track the use of your username and password on the media site. Use of this site is set aside exclusively for Woodstock Dealers and representatives; usernames and passwords may not be distributed for any reason. Woodstock International, Inc. reserves the right to terminate access to this site at any time for any reason. If your account is terminated, you must immediately delete all images acquired from the site.

This agreement and all issues regarding the Woodstock Media Artwork site are governed according to the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal action relating to this agreement or website will be brought within the state of Washington.

Woodstock International, Inc. will be held harmless against damages or liability of any kind arising from the use of this site or the images found on this site.
